(Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.) Drunk and Disobdebly. — Malcolm MoDougaland James Miller were charged with ( this offence. Sergeant McKnight said that ; on Wednesday night he found the accused fighting in Jackson's road, Salt's gully. Sentenced to pay a fine of 20s each. ■' t Labceny. — Joseph Illingworth was charged ' j with this offence. Michael Carroll; sworn, ; i said : I registered a poodle dog, and produce / j the receipt. I got a collar, which I put on , the dog. It had the collar now produced 1,4 ' days ago. We missed it soon after. Constable , Willis, sworn, said he found the collar produced on a dog belonging to the accused. In defence, accused said the collar was taken by I his boys and put on hie dog: The CMc wm dismissed.
Unbeoistered . Dog.t- Joseph Illingworth was charged "witli "having an unregistered dog in his keeping. Accused said he did not know the exact time when he was obliged to register the dog. The case was dismissed.
