CANADA.
During the last three months no fewer than thirty-seven incendiary fires have occurred in Montreal ; thirty-four occurring in haylofts and stables. The firemen are represented as being worn out with work. The local press urges the insurance companys to do something more for the discovery of the offenders than the offer of trifling rewards.
