This Dat. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M.) Drunkenness. — Edward O'Shaughnesy on bail, charged with having been drunk and disorderly on Tuesday last. Prisone admitted the offence, and was fined 10s. Obstructino a Footpath. — James Jameson was summoned for leading a horae oa the footpath on the Papanui Road. Being satisfied that the offence had not been au intentional one, his Worship dismissed the case with a caution.
