This Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M., T. Cass, and W.Wilson, Esqrs.) Vagrancy. — William Johnstone, who was brought up on remand, charged with vagrancy, was discharged with a caution, on condition of immediately joining his vessel at the Heathcote. of Licence. — The licence of the Dunedin Club hotel, Christchurch, was transferred from Shaw Crossland to Robert Hughes.
