— + — L.YTTELTON. This Day. (Before Dr Donald, R.M.) Wilson v. Habgrbaves. — Claim £4 4s for board and lodging incurred in coming to Ly ttelton to repair roof of store. The plaintiff had charged for his time by day, and the amount sought to be recovered was for hi 3 keep. Defendant contended he was not tiound to pay the amount. The Bench said plaintiff must show that it waa the custom to charge as he had done. Judgment for defendant. 'Severn 1 other cases of no public importance were disposed of.
