CHRISTCHURCH. This Dat. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M.) Drunkenness. — Heury Keetley, on bail, was charged with having been drunk and incapable on Saturday afternoon. The constable stated that the defendant had fallen from his horse, as he was going along the street. He was unable to rise, and witness took him to the lock-up. His Worship said that this being defendant's second appearance on the charge of drunkenness, he must inflict a fine of 10». William Bennett, oa hail, was fined 10s for having been drunk and disorderly in Colombo street, on Saturday evening. Henry Cobby was brought up in custody, charged with having been drunk and incapable on the previous night. Hia Worship discharged him with a caution. imiMiimm— —— — a— —fan to — — — ■
