OLD BOYS V. PAENGAROA JUNIORS
The first half of the Old BoysPaengaroa Junior match resulted in very even play, but Old Boys kept their opponents on the defensive most of the second half.
McGillivray (Paengaroa) potted a goal and McNaughton kicked a penalty fairly early in the match. The score remained 4-3 in Paengarao’s favour at half time. E. Cato for Old Boys scored, after a very pleasing movement was opened up by two backs. Collins scored fairly easily, and brought the score to 9-4. No further points were added. Mr Wagner was referee.
