To amend Section 5 of By-laws No. 8 by altering the charge for a conductor'e or motorman's license. To amend Section 8 of By-lawß No. 8 to provide that a conductor's license may be endorsed as a motorman's without further license fee. To extend the provisions of Part 9 01 By-laws No. 1 to apply to Point Erin Park and Bayfield Park.
