Christmas Excursions.

Turn over our pages till you find the attractive programme of excursions for the Chrißtmas holidays put forward by the Northern Steamship Company. There are trips to every imaginable spot worth visiting in the neighbourhood of Auckland and Waitemata habours. On Boxing Day the Clansman will make her usual trip to Maburangi, the Wellington will run to Waiwera, and the Argyle to Great Barrier. From Onehunga wharf, the 8. S. Kanieri is to make a trip to Manukaa Heads. Bands will accompany all steamers. Excursions to the Thames races by the Wellington, and to Eaglan and Kawhia by the Glenelg, are also announced. The Eaglan trip offers special attractions to holiday • makers The Mahurangi and Waiwera excursions are always popular, and the fareß being low, they will be taken advantage of by very many pleasure-seekers on Boxing Day.
