Buckland Wins the Day.

(By John Keys.)

My suffering country shall he free And Bhine with tenfold glory.' So spoke a gallant 58th. Renowned in song and story. c No tyrant man, of Despot breed, Shall cross or bar my way ! ' Out flash 'd his blade, and still he said — ' May Buokiand win the day !' We want a man like Buckland now To rouse us all by one word ; We want a chief to meet the times And march with us s^ill onwaTd ; But chief or none, God's will be done ; We'll battle on our way. 'Tis our desire so to aspire, And Buckland wins the day.
