AMENDED REGULATIONS. MOEE UNIFORMITY. IBy Teiegrapn.—Press Association! WELLINGTON, Dec. 23. Amended Post and Telegraph Department staff regulations are issued with the Gazette. These introduce a greater degree of uniformity between this department and departments controlled by the Public Service Commissioners, particularly in respect of salary barriers affected by the passing of the controlling officers' examination.
