Messrs. Leonard John Wild, principal of Feibling Agricultural High School; Edwin John Howard, M.P., Solomon Netheim Ziman, retired Indian civil servant, and Dr. Sylvia G. de L. Chapman, daughter of the late Mr. Justice Chapman.
