PURIRI STATION.
ERECTION OF SHEEP YARDS.
REPLY FROM MINISTER.
WORK TO BE PUT IN HAND In connection with representations recently made on behalf of sheep-fann-ers in the Puriri district, urging that sheep yards be provided at the Puriri station, tho Hon. D. G. Sullivan, Minister for Railways, has advised Mr. J*. Thorn, M.P., by letter dated June 12, that inquiries having disclosed that the provision of these sheep yards was warranted, arrangements have therefore been made for standard sheep and pigloading facilities to be-provided at the station.
