Races At Paeroa.

MORE HORSES ARRIVE. TRACK. IN SPLENDID ORDER, SHOULD BE FAST ON SATURDAY. The track at the Paeroa racecourse is reported to be in splendid order for the Taumarunui Racing Club's spring meeting, to be held on Saturday and Monday. Many gallops were made yesterday morning, when the track was heavy, although it had idried considerably. With fine weather it is expected that the track will be very fast on Saturday. Horses continue to arrive at the course, about 25 being stabled there already. Some of the latest arrivals are T. Grant from Whakatane with Gadger, and R. Martin, from Matamata, with a team of six. McGregor schooled his four horses on Tuesday morning. The trainer is still on crutches as a result of his recent accident, but is able to superintend the work of his team.

Queen Nona, 9.0, should be included in the list of acceptox's for the Hack Cup.
