MARCH SHIPMENTS. The New Zealand Meat Producers' Board lias received advice by cable from its London office that the shipments of meat from Australia, South America and South Africa to the United Kingdom during the mouth of March, L930,_ were as follow: Australia: Carcases mutton, 01,372; lamb, 345,0 : _5;' quarters bee! (frozen) 19,000, (chilled) 0,914.
South America: Carcases mutton, 19,101; lamb, 3-17,471; quarters beef (frozen) 1,147, (chilled) 518.022.
Included in (lie South American iignres are 181,053 carcases of lamb and 41,900 carcases of mutton shipped from Patagonia. South Africa (including Southern Rhodesia) : Quarters beef (chilled). 2,295: The shipments from New Zealand to the United Kingdom for the same period were as follow: Carcases mutton. 249,494; lamb. 1.200,897; quar|(.,.s beef (frozen) 20,003, (chilled) 10,007.
