Its members, after a fairly long meeting in Wellington while negotiations were actively in progress, have dispersed to their homes, and it Avill not be possible to secure a full meeting until Wednesday, February 5. A forecast of the figure as the basis of the guaranteed price to the dairy producer in terms of butterfat payout, based on the average of butterfat returns for the past eight years, places it at 12.75 d per lb, and on a ten-year average at 1/1A per lb.
