PUTARURU SHOOTING. HOTEL PROPRIETOR'S DEATH. GUNSHOT WOUNDS IN HEAD. (By Telegraph.—Press Association). PUTARURU, Jan. 9. R. J. Wilson, aged Go years, proprietor of the Central Hotel, Puta ruru, who was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the head, by his wife early on Monday morning died in the Waikato Hpspital thi: morning.
Deceased, who had been married a week, was seen by his wife walking from his office across to the bedroom carrying a rifle and bleeding from a wound in the forehead.
