NEW SYDNEY MANAGER. MR. T. M. HINKLEY APPOINTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association) . WELLINGTON, June 6. The Board of Directors of tho United Press Association to-day appointed Mr. T. M. Hinkley, who for the past ten years has been a member of the head office staff, to be manager of the Sydney agency, vice Mr. F. H. Morgan, who has retired on account of ill-health. Mr. Hinkley is chairman of tho Parliamentary Press gallery, of which ho has been a member for five years. He was formerly on the staff of the “Otago Daily Times.” He is captain of the Star Bowling Club and a member of the Wellington Rowing Association and New Zealand Rowing Council.
