Magistrate Indisposed. As the magistrate, Mr. F. W. Platts, is indisposed, the usual fortnightly sitting of the Thames Magistrate’s Court . was postponed this morning till Thursday. The annual meeting of the Thames Licensing Committee, which was to have been held at noon to-day, was similarly postponed.
