Four Years' Gaol.

"MOST AWFUL CASE." AUCKLAND, Nov. 13. Among the prisoners sentenced by Mr. Justice Smith to-day was David Vincent Andrews on four charges of indecent assault oh boys and one on a girl. His counsel, saying it was a most awful case, admitted that it was impossible for him to suggest prisoner be allowed to continue at large. It was a pathological rather than a legal case. His Honour said prisoner had been false to the trust imposed in him by parentis to whom he represented himself as a physical instructor, .If he were at large he would tend to corrupt young people. He would be sentenced to four years' imprisonment.
