THE TEST MATCHES,
CHANGE OF VENUE. (A. and N.Z. Cable). LONDON, July 13 In connection with the arrangement for two extra Test matche for the New Zealand team, the Board of Control has decided that the second Test match should he at Manchester, starting on July 29, and the third match at the Oval, starting on August 15. The first arrangement was that the second Test he played at the Oval, and the third one at Manchester.
