WOMAN PLEADS GUILTY. TO THEFT OF 11 OF THEM. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 13 Violet Ivanhoe, aged 27, a waitress, was charged at the Police Court with stealing a woman’s handbag and contents, valued at £7. She pleaded guilty. The police said many bags had been stolen recently from shopkeepers, and the accused admitted 11 that the police could prove. She also said there were many others. The accused Avas remanded in custody.
