BASKETBALL.
PRIMARY SCHOOLS. . REP. TEAM CHOSEN. Additional interest ia given to Saturday's excursion to Taurauga by the inclusion of a primary schools' representative basketball match on the day's programme. This is the first occasion on which a schools' rep. team has been chosen to play against the representatives of another district, and the local girls are looking forward to meeting the girls of the Tauranga district. The following team has been chosen to represent the Thames Schools' Association: — Attack: P. Comer (S), M. Williams (S), N. Richardson (C.) Centres: R. Price (S, capt.), T. Grant (S), L. Pratt (C). Defence: P. Woofe (S), E. Reddish (S), C. Knox (S). Emergencies: A. Shaw (S), JBarker (S), A. Lamb (C), M. Dixon (C).
