OLD THAMES GIRLS.
"AT.HOME" IN AUCKLAND. A well-attended At Home was held by the, members of the Old Thames Girls' Association in the Pitt Street schoolroom yesterday afternoon. The president, Mrs A. Oldham, presided. The guest of honour was Mrs A. D. Campbell, who was presented with a charming bouquet by Mrs R. Smith, the oldest life member of the Association. Mrs Campbell thanked the members and congratulated them on the splendid help they were giving the social workers of Auckland. An enjoyable programme was presented, items being contributed by Miss Grey, who gave a violin solo, Mrs Lewis, who sang, and Mrs Hastings, who recited. Afternoon ten was served by the social committee under the convenorship of Mrs Dawson.
