AT LANCASTER PARK. t GOOD WORK BY BACKS. (By Telegrapn.—Press. Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 2. The New Zealand Rugby team for the second test assembled here this morning and held a practice at Lancaster Park. The forwards spent a good deal of their time in dribbling rushes.
More systematic work than tor the first test was carried out by the backs, who were lined out across the field and had to 'battle their way through a line of forwards. H. Lilburne is the first reserve for the backs.
