Amalgamated Dairies, Ltd., has received the following cable dated March 16, from their London manager:—Butter: Anchor, 168/-; unsalted, 178/-; the market is steady, at 166/-. and after considerable activity dropped to 164/-; Danish. 182/-; spot now 168/-, f.o.tj. Deliveries of New Zealand butter amount to 1244 tons; in stock, 2627 tons; retails are reducing on Monday to 1/8 New Zealand, and 1/9 Danish. Cheese : White, 88/-; coloured, 89/- to 90/-; market quiet; Canadian, 106/to 110/-; matured, 94/- upwards for others; retails are v unchanged, • ,
