INCOMPLETE ROLL.
AN ASTONISHING POSITION. DISCLOSED AT AUCKLAND. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) AUCKLAND, Mar. 19. An astonishing position has been disclosed, according to investigations by the Labour Party. It has been found that by comparison with the Parliamentary roll, 70 per cefrt. of eligible voters are missing from the municipal roll, and the majority are rent payers.
