LIQUOR AFTER HOURS. (Special to “Star.”) AUCKLAND. Aug. 31. Mrs Nora Ramsay-Smith, wife of a doctor, was fined £1 and costs for being on licensed premises after hours. The porter who supplied the liquor was fined 10/- 'and costs. The porter stated he knew the doctor was outside in a car, and was under the impression that medical men were privileged to be supplied. The licensee was acquitted.
