The Auckland Racing Club's summer meeting is being continued today in fin© weather before another big attendance. The track is hard, despite showers overight. Ilesults : FERGUSSON HANDICAP.—II Yaqui (Cammick), 1; 4 Mevette (Wiggins and 8 Quinsilia (Keesing), dead heat, 2. Scratched: Golden Armour, The Immigrant. Won by a neck. Time: 1.41.
KING'S PLATE, one mile.—Aussie, 1; Gascony, 2; Martarma, 3. PONSONBY HURDLES, two miles. —King's Guard, 1; C»lenotus, 2; Gold Rep, 3. • Beau Cavalier made the early running but dropped back at the business end, the favourite winning fairly comfortably. SUMMER CUP.—I Mandane (Wiggins), 1; 3 Pegaway (McTavish), 2; In the Shade (Barry), 3. All^ started. Won by a nose. Time: 2.6 4/5. CRITERION HANDICAP.—6 Patadawn (Green), 1; 4 Mauriama (Camnn'ck), 2: 3 Prodice (Tinker), 3. All started. Won bv three-quarters of a length. Time 1.15 1/5.
