5i PER CENT. SECURITIES. EXCEPTION A L OPPORTUNITY. The Government advertises in this issue an offer of 5* per cent; securities, debentures or inscribed stock, with currency of 10 years. This issue is being made with a view to providing further capital for advances to settlers and workers through the State Advances Office, for development of the country, and for the promotion of increased production generally.
