GERMAN BARQUE WRECKED. SPLENDID RESCUE WORK. (A. and N.Z. Cable.) (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON", Feb. 10. The German barque Adelie Vin nen, making a maiden voyage from Bremen to Barry, was wrecked off the Lizard. The lifeboat was unable to reach the ship for sometime and when it did a mountainous sea almost washed the ooat on to the barque’s deck. Twenty men were rescued by rocket apparatus but the captain and four officers were unable to reach the rope and lashed themselves to the rigging all night.
