PUBLIC NOTICE is, hereby givm : that at a Special Meeting of the Thames Borough Council held 1 for the purpose! on. Wednesday, eh« 24th day of October, 1917, the following! resolution; was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Cbun.oil to be held on Thursday, the 22nd day of November, 1917, at 7.30 p.m. ,in the; Council Chainßeais, Albert Street, viz.: —- "That'the Thames Borough Council doth hereby by special resolution intended to operate a® a special order, resolve: to make* the following by-laws." (Here follow the by-laws). The object or purport of the said By-laws is as 'follows!: To provid© for penalties for breaches of the By-laws or any part of them or any clause or provision of them IN RESPECT OF MOTORS. IN RESPECT OF DANGEROUS GOODS.. To repeal Part IV. comprising! Sections 70 to 75 inclusive of Bylaw No. 20 of the Thames Borough. Council; to regulate the storage and carriage of dangerous goodsi; to provide for the inspection and licewsing of premises and. payment of fees therefor, to. interpret various terms used in this part of the Bylaw. IN RESPECT OF BILLIARD SALOONS, ETC. To provide for the licensing, Conduct, and hours of billiard saloons, wllooting galleries, etc., and for the payment of license fees.
