There is a lively discussion in the German newspapers in connection with Count Andrassy's declaration that President Wilson was acquainted with the iGeraian peace terms. '.■' The Lokai Anzeiger and the Vossisethe IZeitungi declare that Germany had not given : the terms, but -were willing' to lay them before a peace conference. . '
