Mr Charles Glidden announces the formation of the Aerial Navigation Company, which will run a service of airships between Boston, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington. A 'big fleet of dirigibles is now being constructed 'by Mr VaDneman, ■who was engineer to Mr Walter Well- ' man dxiring the latter* recent attempt to make a balloon voyage across the Atlantic.
