HIGH PRICE ASKED FOR TREASURY BILLS.

SYDNEY, February 24. Sir Wm. Lyne states that he will issue Treasury Bills, part of four million aiithori sed by Parliament the session before last, «& 'which a million and a half have already been placed locally. He has fixed the limit at 99.
