LONDON, February 24. Among the drowned at the wreck are included Mr Wildm'an, the American Consul General at Hongkong and family, C. Dowdall, a> well known-barrister, 'H. C. Mafcheson, engineer, employed by the Cninese Government;, Alfred Hurt, dial m'ond expert from Manila, and family. Mr William Brander, a member of the London Stock Exchange, was saved by a life preserver. :
The latest accounts states that Capt. Ward remained" on the bridge until the ship foundered.
