VICTORIAN PARLIAMENT.
MELBOURNE, June 24.
Parliament will be opened on Tuesday. The Governor's speech will announce that the earliest opportunity will be seized for taking the Federal vote. Reference will be made to the disappearance of a long period of depression. Amongst the proposed Bills are the Plural Voting Abolition and Women's Franchise Bills.
