The Daily News states that Count I Muravieff, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs is strongly inclined for an entente between Great Britain and Russia in regard to the Far East. French diplomatists have informed M. Blowitz, the Paris correspondent of the Times that Great Britain is likely to be allowed to occupy Nieuchwang as jSussia needs the assistance of the I British money market.
