Mr. Larnach Speaks.

(Per Press Association.) Ditntedin, April 21. Mr Larnach received a unanimous vote of confidence at Lawrence. He announced that Ministers intend to provide a vote for water conservation in Central Otago. He praised the administraion of the Government and said he was satisfied that the additions to the Ministry would prove capable administrators. If a majority was returned against the Government he would go into opposition. He himself favoured old age pensions, but no practicable scheme had yet been presented.
