Wellington, April 15. In consequence of the recent accident, the City Council" has decided to strictly enforce the by-law and prosecute people standing on the steps of tramcars or over-crowding carriages. The Exhibition building -will have frontages of 245 and l7ooffc. There will be 13,350 ft of space for exhibits, excluding passages, besides amusement halls, offices, &c. It will be lighted with electricity with arc lamps of 5000 candle power outside.
