Foresters Congratulate Hon. W. McCullough.

[Pie Pbesb Association ] Auckland, Tf>i» d*y. At tbe district meeting ot Foresters last night Bro. Moore, Past District Chief Banger, in complimentary terms proposed the following resolution:—" That this meeting desires to express its gratification at the honor which has been conferred upon Bro. Wo. MeOullough, Past District Chief Banger, on beiDg called to the Legislative Council of the colony, and the meeting desires to further offer its congratulations to Bro. McCnUongh and wishes of every success in his c ew field of: labor.". Brjo. Wm- Gribble, delegate from Court Pride ot Parnell (Tbatpos), seconded, and spoke in high terms of Bro. McCallongb, who was an old member of the Thames Court, and expressed the feeling of the Thames Court when he said that the appointment gave uaiversal satis faction. The resolution was carried unanimously.
