Arrived ; Visioa, b'riff, from Port Kemb'a, Natal ; aod Quaen, barque, from Newcastle.
Reported Civil War at
Samoa.

Auckland, This day. H.M.S. Ringarooma, under orders from Sydney, leaves for Samoa tonight. It is reported that civil war has broken out, but no particulars are available. Neither the Governor nor the Minister of Education have any information on the subject.
Lateb FURTHER PARTICULARS.
The Jiiugarooma's instructions are to proceed to Samoa with all speed to protect the life and property of British residents, in conjunction with the American and German warships at present there. H.M.S. Katoomba is to relieve the Eingarooma on the New Zealand station.
