A manifesto has been issued stating that Mr Parnell has committed agrare offence against religion and society, which offence he had aggrarated by making use of every circumstance to secure a scandulous preeminence. The manifesto also says that the retention by Mr Paruell of the leadership of even a section of the Irish party will inevitably defeat the ends (tod object of the Home E-ule party.
