WARDEN'S COURT.
THIS DAY, (Before H. Kenrick, Esq., Warden ) SHINE V. UNION SASH AND DOOB CO. This was an application for a residence site at Tairua.
Mr Lush appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Miller for defendant.
After hearing evidence, the Warden reserved judgment for one month. Court adjourned.
