Yesterday. In the West Waitahuna dummy ease, the Land Board have forfeited the license of Eadie, who had deserted his section; and in regard to the cases of Bruce, Keen, Donoghue, and Robertson, the Board will make further enquiry, udloss the ranger reports favorably on his.next visit. There was not sufficient evidence to show that other licensees (ex servants of Smith, of Greenfield estate) are evading the Act; whilst satisfaction is expressed with the occupation of Smith's two sons.
