As the steamship Manapouri was turn* ing in the Basin at Fall's Bridge, she collided with the Sophia. The latter was considerably damaged, and has been docked. The Manapouri was uninjured, and proceeded on her voyage, leaving last evening for the Bluff.
In the Legislative Assembly last night, Sir Bryan O'Loghlen moved that the amendments of the. Legislative Council, with a few minor alterations, re the Licensees Qualifying Bill, be agreed to. After debate, the motion was agreed to, on a division, by 39 to' 22.
