The case of Kinross, for perjury, was referred to in the 8.M., Court this morning, but the Magistrate said he would not be able to proceed with it before Tuesday next. It was accordingly postponed till that day. Wednesday. Mr W, Eowe's tender for the Greymouth and Hokitika was accepted. His tender is £8443. There have been 47 deaths during the past month in Wellington, most of them through dys«ntry. Mr Keals, who cut his throat, is progressing favorably. '
