•Martin Glynn was charged with being, drunk and incapable in Albert street; Grahamstown, on the 30th instant. ;
Mr Bullen said that there were a great many previous convictions against this man. ....
Fined 20s and costs, or 24 hours' imprisonment. Court adjourned.
