CURE.
The directors of this, company have declared a dividend of 4 shillings per scrip on the 8000 shares. The mine is in excellent trim, having a large extent of workings on hand of a profitable character, and which has been the source of the gold obtained lately; besides which the level may be said to be opened, giving fully 70 feet of backs to work out upon the No. 5, No. 4 and foot-wall lode, all of which have proved of a payable character. Driving on No. 5 and footwall is now in hand at the new level, besides continuation of cross-cuts to develope the resources of the company's property in the Mary Ann portion.
