Mr McLaren asked for an adjournment as there was no proper connection made. He believed there was another plan coming in to test the accuracy. Adjourned till next Tuesday.
BAIKA WHAKAEONGATAI. This was objected to by Mr McLaren, District Engineer, in consequence of plan lodged being incorrect. Adjourned till Tuesday. The Warden said if the applicants did not attend to their plans the licenses could not. be granted. In this case there were two. overlaps, and he thought the fees should be forfeited if more attention were not paid to the matter. The date of the license was delayed, and the date for manning the areas was also postponed. F. J. "WABDELi FOB THE BROTHERS. There was no objection to this application, and the license was granted, to be made out as desired in the application. JAMES MACKY FOB THE Y0V8& G.M.CO. No objection. Grant to be made out as applied for.
FINCHES FOB THE CYPHBENES G.M.CO. No objection. Application granted. SHOBT i'OB THE VESXJA'IUS G.M.CO. No objection. Granted to. the .Vesuvius G. M. Co.
